Resilience in the Time of COVID: A day long retreat

Dear friends,

I hope that you are all finding some ease and maybe even some joy during these winter months. Saskatoon Insight Meditation Community has been offering wonderful online resources and a community is gathering online from across Canada to join in Jeanne’s offerings. To learn more about this wonderful community that supports dhamma on the prairies go to: https://saskatooninsight.com/wp/

In cooperation with the Saskatoon community, Happy Hearts is hosting a day long online retreat on February 27.

Saturday, February 27, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (Mountain time)

This daylong retreat is one of nurturing wholesome qualities to sustain and nourish us, in the midst of the ongoing COVID care. We will settle, and then connect through community relational practice; dip into heartful music to inspire gratitude and joy; explore reflective contemplation and playful inquiry; all with the intention of drinking deeply from our ever present and sustaining inner wellspring. Dear friends, take a breath now, sense the body and the heart, and the sangha around you. We look forward to being together. Click the link below to register and receive a zoom link.
