November Day of Mindfulness Opportunity!Happy Hearts is happy to be hosting a Day of Mindfulness led by Practice Elder and Plum Village Order of Interbeing Ordinee, Bethan Lloyd from Vancouver.

Date: Sunday, November 24, 2019
Location: The Health Collective YEG, 6537 111 Street. Edmonton, Alberta
Time(s): 10:00am to 3:15pm  (Please arrive by 9:50AM)

Please bring your own bagged vegetarian lunch, and be aware that others around you may have food sensitivities.  Please note there is no fridge on-site.  Tea will be provided and available throughout the day.
Please bring a small mug, your own utensils (if necessary) and a cloth napkin.

Please bring with you all that you require to be comfortable for the day’s activities.  Blankets, bolsters, pillows, etc.
Please note there will be some mats/ bolster cushions and chairs available for use. Please let us know if you prefer to sit in a chair.

There will be an opportunity to practice the offering of dana in support of the community and teachings (suggested dana $20 – $40) but nobody will be turned away.
