Ease & Peace The Heart’s True Home – 5 Day Retreat with Jeanne Corrigal

This retreat will explore ease as a foundation for wisdom and freedom. We will cultivate an embodied understanding of how the easeful mind/heart can move toward liberation, in the larger arc of our practice, and here, now, in this moment.
Jeanne Corrigal is the Guiding Teacher of the Saskatoon Insight Meditation Community. She is a certified Community Dharma Leader with Spirit Rock Insight Meditation Centre and a participant in the Insight Meditation Society (IMS) Teacher Training, with Joseph Goldstein, Guy Armstrong, and other senior teachers. Kat Boehm will also be offering mindful movement during the retreat. She is a yoga teacher with a wealth of mindfulness experience. www.movingmindfully.ca
Registration includes single accommodation, shared bathrooms, and buffet-style meals. Food preferences will be accommodated if required. There will also be an opportunity to provide dana for the teachings.
Please bring with you all that you require to be comfortable for the day’s activities. Blankets, bolsters, pillows, etc.
Please note there will be some mats/ bolster cushions and chairs available for use. Please let us know if you prefer to sit in a chair.
