Opportunities for regular practice
A reminder that our practice group meets at 5pm at Yoga Within. Our bell masters lead a guided sit with time for dharma discussion as well as walking meditation or deep rest. New people are always welcome, our way of practicing is gentle and friendly.

The retreat will focus on the relationship between the four Brahma Viharas and how they support and balance one other. This retreat is a gentle introduction to the heart practices, as well as an opportunity for those familiar with the Brahma Viharas to deepen their understanding of them as a complement to their mindfulness meditation.
