Upcoming Retreat and Dharma Evening Opportunity Hosted by Happy Hearts
The weekend retreat has sold out, but we are also welcoming all to join us solely for Friday evening’s Dharma talk and guided sit from 7pm to 9pm. This will be as drop-in and by donation. Please email us if you have any further questions.
This silent retreat will explore these mutually supportive states, and the importance of joy on the path of liberation. Dharma talks, small group practise talks, instruction in sitting and walking, and gentle reflection practices will be offered.
Registration: $50 which includes lunch provided on Saturday. Reduced registration or full scholarships available for those who feel they may be in need. Limited spots are available.
