Opportunities for regular practice.

Sitting meditation
Our weekly meditation practice is held on Sundays at Yoga Within located at 9014 75th Street NW from 5:00pm to 6:15pm.  Our current schedule can be found on our website.
***Note the May 20th sit is cancelled due to the long weekend***

Walking meditation
Along with the return of spring comes the return of opportunity to practice walking together.  Our first gathering will be at the cenotaph in front of City Hall at Churchill Square, on Saturday May 26th @ 10:00 am. The practice will be about 30 minutes with time for tea and conversation after.

Happy hearts is joyful to host Bonnie during our regular gathering time and place on June 3, 2018 to host a sit, a reading from her new book, and share tea and conversation afterwards.  All are welcome to attend and books will be available for purchase on site.  A wonderful way to support the sharing of our practice as well as support an Alberta-based author.
