Family Friendly Meditation and Mindful Practice in celebration of Earth Day.
Saturday, April 22nd – 2:00pm to 3:30pm
Meet in front of Crestwood Community League 14325 – 96th Avenue NW
We invite children and their caring adults to engage in mindful activities such as art from nature, songs, taking care of the earth, and walking. Should you intend on attending, please RSVP by April 14th and include the number of adults as well as children and their ages. Email to: lucylu8@gmail.com.

The next walking meditation practice is set for April 23rd at 10:00am.  We will be meeting at the Alfred H. Savage Centre located at 13204 Fox Drive NW.  Please dress well for the weather and bring along some warming liquids with you for drink.
